Strategxy Ventures LLC (“Strategxy Ventures”) is a private investment firm with businesses across multiple sectors, industries, and geographies. An unfortunate consequence of our scale and global footprint is the misuse of our name, brands and reputation by imposters and frauds publishing fake websites and engaging in “phishing” scams seeking personal or confidential information.
When communicating with Strategxy Ventures through digital media, please:
- Be cautious about responding to unsolicited e-mails that appear to have come from a Strategxy Ventures email address. Such e-mails may be “spoofed,” and may in fact have come from another e-mail address at another domain name. If possible, check e-mail addresses carefully and respond only to known or authorized Strategxy Ventures email accounts at the domain names listed below.
- Be cautious about clicking on links or opening attachments included with unsolicited e-mails that appear to have come from a Strategxy Ventures email address. Again, these links may redirect to a non-Strategxy Ventures site, and these attachments may include malware.
- Do not send e-mails intended for Strategxy Ventures employees or representatives to anyone with an e-mail address other than an authorized Strategxy Ventures e-mail address. Strategxy Ventures does not permit our employees and authorized representatives to send or receive work-related e-mails from personal accounts or any other address. If you are or become suspicious of potential fraudulent activity when communicating through email, please contact info@strategxyventures.com for assistance.
- Confirm you are visiting a Strategxy Ventures authorized website or the website of a Strategxy Ventures authorized vendor. Strategxy Ventures only authorized websites are posted through the below-listed domains. No other website domains are authorized.
strategxyventures.com
- Do not share your Strategxy Ventures password or login ID with anyone, including anyone who claims to be from or associated with Strategxy Ventures. Certain Strategxy Ventures online environments are private, available only to investors through secure login procedures. Apart from allowing you to use your password and login to enter an authorized site, Strategxy Ventures will never ask you for your password or login information in an unsolicited email or phone call. (If you forget your password or login, we will issue you new ones.)
- Do not communicate or deal with any person who claims to be a Strategxy Ventures employee or representative but who is not affiliated with an authorized Strategxy Ventures office. All authorized Strategxy Ventures office locations are listed on our contact page. No other office locations are authorized offices of Strategxy Ventures.
In addition, unsolicited telephone calls that appear to be coming from Strategxy Ventures may be “spoofed,” and actually may originate from another number. If you regularly deal with a Strategxy Ventures employee or representative, you may want to look up that person on the relevant Strategxy Ventures authorized website noted above, and call him or her directly at his or her own work number, or through the main number of the relevant Strategxy Ventures entity.
Imposters can use the Strategxy Ventures name in furtherance of a variety of criminal activities. In particular, beware of scams purportedly affiliated with Strategxy Ventures that promise extraordinary returns on your investment at little to no risk. These “high-yield investment programs” are frauds and are unfortunately quite common. For more information on high-yield investment programs and how to avoid them, visit the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission webpage at http://www.sec.gov/answers/highyild.htm.
